Families raising disabled children have the right:
- for the benefit of caring for a disabled child under the age of 18 regardless of the degree of loss of health established by the child (non-employed or working part-time persons have the right, also receiving pensions mother, father, guardian, as well as mother or father on leave for caring for a disabled child or other children until the age of 3 years);
- for benefits over 3 years from certain categories of families. The right to benefit for children over 3 years from certain categories of families has a mother (stepmother) or father (stepfather) in a full-fledged family, a parent in an incomplete family, an adoptive parent, a guardian (guardian) when raising a child (children) older than 3 years, if in a family: p>
1.1. a disabled child under the age of 18 is brought up;
1.2. a child under the age of 18 who is infected with the human immunodeficiency virus is raised;
1.3. father (stepfather) or adopter (adoptive father) pass urgent military service, alternative service;
1.4. Both parents (mother (stepmother), father (stepfather)) in a full family or a parent in an incomplete family, the adoptive parent are invalids of the I or II group, and also if one of the parents (mother (stepmother) or father (stepfather)) in the full family is an invalid of the I group, and the second cares for him and receives the allowance provided for by law. Benefit is assigned from the day of occurrence of the right to apply before the expiration of 6 months from the date of its occurrence. If you miss a 6 month period, the allowance is assigned from the date you submitted your application; b>
- to appeal for possible provision of state targeted social assistance to low-income citizens in the form of monthly or one-time social benefits;
- for rendering material assistance from the Social Protection Fund and all kinds of humanitarian, psychological, legal assistance, babysitting services.
- for early retirement to parents of disabled children in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus 'On Pensions'. Mothers who brought up children with disabilities (disabled since childhood) for at least 8 years before their majority are eligible for a retirement pension with a reduction in the generally established retirement age for 5 years and with a work experience of at least 20 years, of which not less than 5 years insurance experience. Fathers who raised children with disabilities (disabled since childhood) for at least 8 years before their majority, are eligible for a retirement pension with a reduction in the generally established retirement age of 5 years and with a work experience of at least 25 years, of which not less than 5 years insurance period, if the mother of a disabled child u> (disabled from childhood) did not use her acquired right to an old age pension and waived this right in favor of her father or did not use the right to a retirement pension due to her death.
